Emerson / Benchmade cqc7 ?

I've recently purchased an emerson cqc7b and I love it. I've never seen in person or handled the benchmade version of this knife. Has anyone had both? Im wondering how they compare to each other. This knifes' quality is amazing by the way - very sturdy.
 
i have both, the BM is a tip down carry knife, i would say other than that they are pretty close, lock up, blade steel, shape, is all pretty close, i probably prefer the EKI, though my old BM 975S BT (the larger model, 3.7" blade) has been a good one, have had it for about 5 or 6 yrs, no compalints,

I just saw and compared my Emerson CQC7 to a BM/Emerson CQC7. The difference in size was startling. The BM was much larger. It was tanto mine was not. The BM impressed me as a fine knife also.
