Emerson / Benchmade cqc7 ?

I've recently purchased an emerson cqc7b and I love it. I've never seen in person or handled the benchmade version of the cqc7. Has anyone had both? Im wondering how they compare to each other. Maybe I need to purchase the BM also since I love BM's. This knifes' quality is amazing by the way - razor sharp, exc f+f, and built like a tank.
