I recently aquired a knife. and I need to find a place to purchase some screws for it. here's the description. on one side of te blade it has the benchmade logo. on the other it says emerson.and under that it says spec war model coc7. the blade is ATS-34. and it's a partially serrated tanto style blade. the three screws that sandwich the handle together at the end are missing, and the plastic thing that spaces the two sides of the handle apart is broken. can anyone help me? thanks.

iainweigert, it's not a Frankenknife. It's one of BM's "designer series", a collaboration of Emerson and BM, now discontinued.

I believe Emerson's CQC7 model is based on that knife(of course I might be mistaken) so they might have the parts you are looking for. Emerson and Benchmade both have excellent customer service so you might try contacting them and see if they can help you.

i have had both the eki and the bm version, and i dont think the parts interchange, might be wrong. i know that the bm's have torx head screws and eki's have phillips, anyway i'd call bm on this myself
