For those of you attending the Emerson Combat Class in Minneapolis next weekend Saturday Oct. 22nd and Sunday Oct 23rd, I recommend you bring the following gear if you have it; Boxing Gloves, Mouth Guard, Eye Protection, Hearing Protection, and a Fighters Spirit.
