Emerson Commander blade wobble

I have a Commander which I really like due to the blade shape and "wave" design. However, I have had problems with side to side blade wobble. I sent it to Emerson to be rebuilt. They were very very helpful. Shortly after using the knife, after receiving it, the wobble returned. I can lessen the wobble by simply tightening the pivot screw, but then the knife does not open easily. Any suggestions?

I forgot to mention in my previous question about blade wobble. Based on Emerson's recomendation I have used a bit of Teflon tape on the threads of the pivot screw so it does not work loose.

First priority must be blade lock function. Loose screw setting can result in insufficient blade-to-lock alignment. Second priority should be a linearly stiff blade-handle. This is a fighting knife. Third priority should be ease of opening. With the wave feature, the blade opens easily when drawn from the pocket, even if it feels 'hard' to open with the thumb wheel.
