Here's three. I don't know whose photo it is. The one on top is older. The middle has bead blast on the blade, and the bottom is probably the more common, being without beadblast.

Runsalone, your father has good taste, I have 2 of them myself.
Be aware that unless he can get one direct from Ernest Emerson at a show($550), the aftermarket price runs from about $900-$1200 depending on year made and condition.
