I am going full circle with Emerson knives. The 11 was my first Emerson years ago. I foolishly traded it when another forum member made me a killer offer. I regretted selling ever since. There was no way I wasn't going to buy the 2015 rerelease. Other than the new pivot, it is just like a 2010 model with the beautiful G10.
This one is the prize of my collection for obvious reasons.
Lock up and centering is perfect. The knife took me only a few hours to get it broke in and it opens smooth and fast with no blade play.
The signature couldn't be more perfect.
With all my Emerson's, I struggle to not frame this knife and just admire it. The problem is the CQC11 handle is perfect in my hand and is one of the big reasons why I became infected with the Emerson virus.
