Has anyone done a review on the Emerson cqc15 yet? Mr brother has one and swears by it. He told me I have to have one if the price is right. I ordered one with satin blade today. Sight unseen I hope it is a good knife. Anyone have experience with this one?

Got one. Had it since last October. I'm really happy with it. I know I'll never have to apologize for what I'm carrying, and I can rely on the 15 daily as a tool and flick it out with confidence in a life threatening situation.
Wait 'til you check out the virtual hilt that is formed by the wave feature on the top of the blade and the forward edge of the G10 handle. A clever piece of design to protect the user's hand.
And don't let naysayers worry you. I have had no problem sharpening the dual (tanto and recurve) portions of the blade.
