Hi everybody, it's been a while since I have posted. I have a question for all you knife nuts out there. I have recently got a brand new, never pocketed CQC6 Emerson original. I waited 11 yrs. for this knife. The problem is I need to sell it. Since I waited an eternity for it, I've somewhat lost interest in collecting it. what could one sell this knife for and where to sell it? I know it is valuable, but am not sure what to sell it for?? Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks, Woodlore :p

I would try selling it here or on the USN. Depending on the style (with or without the wave, and liner thickness), I'd say the price would be somewhere around $1000-1200. Is it waved and is the lock side liner thicker than the non-lock side liner? Email me if you want to talk more.

You have to buy a Gold membership on BFC to sell here, but it's only $25, so for an $1100 knife that beats the heck out of bringing it to a consignment place or ePrey.

Or you could go to the USN and buy Trader's Cove access there. They'll give you a fair shake.

Thanks guys for any and all info. I have to go to work so I wont be able to reply for a while , but I would like to get as much input on this as I can . I know you blade forum guys are the experts. Thanks again, and keep this thread going if possible. Woodlore

i've seen '6s go for $1500 + depending on if waved or not, what blade grind, or what model ie super '6 or suspect 6.

i would put it on ebay or on one of the knife forums.
