This one is one I did for myself. Its been a long while coming. I've had plans to make a frame lock side for my 7s for sometime. For now this one is working and I can swap out my 7B Waved tanto blade or my 7A non Waved spear blade at my leisure. Right now I'm feeling like Waving though so thats what is in there for these pics.

Thanks for looking. This folder went from 4.9 ounces fresh from the factory to 5.1 ounces with the new .145 6AL-4V titanium slab lock side.

I like!:D:thumbup:

GAH!!
Steve---If you Ever sell that folder...
Outstanding, Steve. That one might rotate with your BUSTR!

Good answer, Steve. :D
Man, I wish Ernie frame-locked to the CQC-7 instead of re-designing that knife into the HD. But hey, it All works.

Well, I've added low riders to the non Waved Emersons but for Waved ones I really don't like them for how they change the position of your hand when you extract the folder. The knife ends up having to be shifted once out to get a better grip on it when your low rider sits it down deeper like it does. Its hard to explain until you compare it with and without a low rider clip mounted on a Waved folder and then you realize the clip that comes on them is optimal for hand positioning so the knife is right there in a user grip when its out and opened with no shifting to speak of required. As a result I've never recommended low riders on Waved folders. I've done a few for some guys that insisted but usually I talk them out of it. For the 7A non Waved blade it would be a great option though.

STR---If you decide to sell that knife...
:p

I've always said anything is for sale for the right price. You know my thoughts on chisel grinds anyways so I can always do me another frame lock for my non Waved 7A blade and for that matter I could probably Wave that one just as easy as anything else. Yur not gettin' my skull clip though! ;)

Got to think on this one.
Now my brain is going to hurt. That might be better than my wallet hurting.
Tnx, Steve.

I kinda thought so but thats cool. When you get serious you get back to me. ;)

Tnx, Steve.

I checked my master card balance this morning on line to find out what to expect for next payment and decided something needs to go so I'm going to list this for sale Lycosa. Just FYI so if you want it I'll give you first refusal on it but if not I'm going to sell it for $300 to the first person that comes up with the $. ;)

Thanks
