Emerson CQC8 good blade?

Just bought a CQC8 PE satin finish off BF and was wondering what your guys opinions are about the knife ? Is it a good EDC? Would it be a good blade to carry overseas in Afganistan (U.S. Marine Corps)? I also bought a ZT300 thought i would try both. The seller said this CQC8 has the titanium liner lock. Any opinions.
