I just sent a cqc-7 w in for some minor work as the liner lock was engaging too far to the right. They signed for it on Friday, 06/21/02 (PM) and sent it out on Wednesday 06/26/02. It arrived in perect working order today. I have nothing but good to say about Emerson.
 
I hear what your saying! I got in a used Commander that it looked like someone had polished the end of the lock. Needless to say it slipped easily across the face of the blade. So much so that I wouldn't have carried it.

I sent it in to EKI and about a week and a half later I got it back, good as new. :)

Had about the same experiance with my commander.

Sent it off to replace a stop pin. Sent it on a friday, had it back on Tuesday. That is terrific turnaround time.
