Emerson Deep cover knife??????????

I understand that these have been restricted since Sept. 11. I have both the G-10 variant and the original Stainless prototype from Ernie. Great blade shape-like a big CQC-8.
 
I've seen it in the their catalog for the last few years. I like the design and would have gotten one if it was about 8" or so in overall length.

There is no mention of a restricted sale on either the website or in the catalog, and the catalogs were just printed (got mine last week). But I guess that doesn't mean it's true.

Will there be or is there restricted sale on the Busse Stealth Hawk or the various Titanium bladed items?

Anyone know who makes the "sterile neck knife"? I know Allen Blade made some stuff for Tactical Tools and Shomertec a few years ago that they no longer sell, but I doubt he makes this:

Shomertec is a great outfit, I've been ordering stuff from them since about 1987. I used to buy their cannon fuse (C02 canister devices) as well other great stuff. Little did they know I was only 14;)
