I have a waved 7 coming, the post office says its in transit, but thats all the info I have on it. It was mailed on 9-21 from CA and it has not made it to springfield MA yet!!!!!!!!!

I'm normaly a patient guy, but I am getting ready to buy another one from an internet dealer and have them next day airmail it to me.

Oh well, knifeshow on sunday in CT, so if I don't recieve my knife tomorow I'll hunt one down their.

I just had to vent, and its the emerson forum, so I decided to do it here. Anyone else in the same curcumstances?

And for the record, this IS Emerson's fault. If he did not make the Wave feature they I would not be such a wave fanatic and I could carry anyone elses knives, but noooooooooo, I'm locked into emersons.

I WANT MY WAVED 7 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(i feel better now, thanks):D

Well, I don't know what may have delayed your knife from EKI, but I want to relay a story that may help ease your anxiety a little.
I made a deal on a lefty Sebenza last Thursday. I sent out a USPS money order via Priority mail which usually takes 2-3 days. Well my MO finally arrived in San Jose yesterday! WTF's up with that? I was getting ready to rip someone a new ass, when the seller emailed me that it had arrived.
I guess things are getting caught up since the attacks.
Give it a few days, unless you want a couple of Waved 7's around, which would not be a bad thing. :)

Where in CT is the knife show? I am very interested in attending.
Thanks for the info.

Well if it is any comfort I had a shipment of a Buck Strider take something over two and a half weeks to get coast to coast, and that was before the 11th!

I sent some stuff to KH in NYC on Monday and no response as yet, so it may take a while.

Waved 7's are a nice thing indeed. Try the left front to reverse opening trick...way cool!:) well worth the wait. Just my .02

Just another voice about slow USPS service since 0911. I have exchanges in progress with top notch Usual Suspects, (I know the stated send dates are true)and the mail is dragging. Just another change since 0911.

Guys,

The USPS service is way slow at the moment. It normally takes about 4-5 days to get toys from TAD or Les. At the moment I am still waiting for packages that were posted on 9/11. I know they are comming as one arrived yesterday. :(

Regards,

Ed
