it has been said before, but it bears repeating, emerson knive's
customer service is tops!!! i just got off the phone with someone at
emerson(unfortunately i can't remember his name). i called to ask what
size screws are used to hold down the scales and clips on commander
and cqc-7. i explained that that i needed to know because i was putting
new scales on two of my emersons. not only did he tell me what size
screws they were, he offered to send me some!! then he gave me some
great tips on how to shorten up the screws without damaging the knife.
i just think this shows the commitment to customers that emerson has.
if you ever have a problem or question about your emerson knife i am
sure they will do everything they can to take care of it. once again,
way to go emerson!!
p.s. if anyone is wondering, the screw size is #2-56.
