Emerson Knives-How do you make those large pivot pins???

Hello, hopefully Mr. Emerson or someone from his knife company is reading this, I am inetested in pivot pins alot cause soon i'll be making my own folders. What i am getting at is this, all around the web company's sell smaller type pivot pins. The Pivots i want are exactly like on Emerson knives/flat head/very thick 1/4 in pivot sleeve.

WHERE ON EARTH CAN I GET EM???
