emerson knives material

I believe Emerson is one of the few knife companies that makes all parts in the US from materials from the US on machines built in the US.

"All of our knives are manufactured at our facility in Los Angeles, California from the highest grade American made materials." From the Emerson website, found here:

I know I've read something on one of the forums that provided more detail, and I believe it was posted by Emerson himself. Unfortunately I cannot find that thread at the moment.

but Emerson EDC-2 Multi-Tool is not made in USA all.Tool Made in Taiwan
Blade Made and Assembled in USA.

The multi tools are not made in the US. There have also been a few made in Japan but I don't believe there are any made there anymore, though I could be wrong. None of the regular line of knives are made anywhere but the US.

The multitools are not made by Emerson. They are a collaboration with Multitasker.

I personally am not a fan of Multi-Tools, most do one or two things OK, but nothing really well. I ownerd a Gerber at one time, tried to use the Phillips Head Screw Driver, it stripped after a couple of use. Cheap materials.

Guy brings this big Swiss Army Knife to all the GunShows to see off. No takers yet, cool item to display, but too big to be practical.

Multitasker makes amazing multi tools. All of Emerson's materials are Made in the USA, even the screws. We believe it a 100% American made product, materials AND labor.

Yep you can rest assured everything in your EKI is made right here in the motherland.

Pick one up and can just feel the patriotism
