I just went on-line to look at some Emerson knives. Have been thinking about getting one. On the web site the below is stated:
"Due to Laws currently in force in the State of New York, Emerson Knives will no longer ship or sell knives to individuals who are residents of New York State.

I I live in NYC. This is out of control. I never thought the day would come that I can't even buy a pocket knife. Not sure if this is the right forum to post this but I'm so frustrated I needed to vent!
