Emerson Mini CQC 7 Wave - when?

Does anyone know when (or if) the Mini CQC-7 (tanto or spear) satin-finish plain-edge with waves will be available again. Looks like all shops are out.

Check with Beckwith's Blades in Houston, Texas. They may have some left - black finish, if any. These are great people to deal with. They are on the web.

No luck at Beckwiths - only black ones.

A question, how does it work with Emerson? Is this model out of production, or are they just waiting to do another batch? Is this announced somewhere?
 
To add to slugfast, ebay has one ebay store called flames-n-knives. These folks have good feedback and a pretty good selection. I saw a mini cqc 7 sfs on there with a wave for about 108.00. Go to ebay and type in emerson cqc 7 and it should come up, if they have any left.
 
As to flames-n-knives,

I've used em once or twice over the last couple years, and have reccomended them to all of my buddies.


Mostly good on communication, and shipping is normally within a few days after payment. Packaging hasn't been an issue.

I always make sure they got whatever I want in stock before ordering, ESPECIALLY EMERSONS.... as Emersons seem to have become harder to get recently.
 
Well, finally got one from Ebay - satin finish PE Tanto
It's now en route to my US friend. :)
I'm very curious how it is, compared to my other favorite brands; Spyderco/Al Mar/Strider & Chris Reeve knives.
 
hey congratulations...mini cqc7 is smaller than any other emerson, but not short of quality.
