I have always loved the looks of this particular model from Emerson. I think the blade is probably my favorite of all he makes as far as the shape. I have no problems with it as is but I do wish it was a V grind.

Anyway, this one is here for a frame lock side to be made for it also. I sure love these green scales Friz. Super nice stuff. I wish Ernie still offered this. Used to be it was all I ever bought when I ordered a new one.

You guys are killin' me with these Emersons you know? :D

Got started in on this one today. Next step is to mill the lock cuts.

This one is coming along nicely. All screws are drilled and threaded. Seen here is a test fit of everything and looking for blade center along with other things to make note of before proceeding.

Stay tuned.

No one would keep up! :D

I've got this one mapped out I think. Its the last for a bit I think. I hope!

You know of all the jobs I do these are probably my least favored. I do them don't get me wrong but they are not the ones I like doing as much. Spydercos. Now thats ones I like working on.

Well Friz, you might actually fall in love here with this one. And after you tell the wifey what you paid for it you may end up having to sleep with it so you may as well love it! :D

I plan to take the blade back out tomorrow and try to bead blast some of these use scratches and marks off the blade for you before sending it home. Its the first P-SARK I've done. I'll post digital pics of it tomorrow also but for now these quick scans can do the job of making you drool a bit. ;)

By the way the lock relief cuts to spring the lock are .070 each and the blade is smooth and opens easily and perfectly sitting in the frame not rubbing as it did in the liner lock version. You will be pleased to be able to open it without rubbing the lock with the flat side of the tip of the blade on the lock side.

No problem. I figured while I'm dirty I may as well blast that blade now. I forgot I have to take the cat to the vet for his annual shots in the morning among other things so I have to get it done while I can. It will be in the mail to your addy in the morning shortly after I snap some digital pics of it for the record. Look for those in the morning.

By the way blasting the blade cleaned it right up on the flat side. Go figure. I tried like all get out earlier to match up another SARK blade that a customer tweaked on himself and could only get it to go so far and this one here cleaned right up.

Here you go my friend.

It's a good thing I don't have a PSARK....I'd be tempted to send it to you. This is a beautiful job!
