This isn't about a knife but since you are the moderator I hope you can help...

Is there any way to bury old suspect and stymied threads that were bumped to the top with suspect grievances that have nothing to do with the subject of the stymied thread? It seems to me that the writing style of the one member from last year seems to be the same as the recent member who bumped the thread. I'm not saying that's true but it seems odd.

And it's a bummer to check back on the forum and see it time and again. It's bringin me down man. I dare not post in it.
 
You company has an employee who name I believe is Earnesto, he answers the phone, and is a model of what a customer service person should be. IMHO he earn his pay, if I was his boss, he is due a merit raise for doing a super job.

I wave my knife from trouser and it burst into flame. They empty my mail to give me no cart for to be so rude. What don't you understand from my materials.

Yes I agree that the forum needs to be positive. Confusing and out of nowhere attacks really stink.
 
Here's a regular knife question. Is it possible to get the Jungle commander with a stonewash finish? Would that be a custom or how much to get that done?
 
Yeah, I think I've talked to Ernesto before when I ordered a PUK. He informed me that they would add serrations for me since the plain edge models were all that was available. Really positive dude. Great to talk with on the phone. Keep up the good work!

Thanks REP for taking an active role in this sub forum.
My other favorite manufacturer forum has little to no interaction and it actually took 3 (yes 3) months to get a half assed reply to a PM. I understand that you guys are very busy running a business and all, so it really does mean a lot that you are here.
