I am very excited that I have secured my first custom Emerson. It's actually going to be my first custom folding knife. The Roadhouse is the most comfortable model I've had to date. I no longer have the production model, I had to sell it one time in an emergency, but I am glad to say I will be getting one again but in the custom version.

Is it just me or are the zero grind/chisel bladed customs the most desirable?

I realize that a lot of people like the conventional V grind Emerson's, but I think on the customs they stand out more with the chisel grind.

They look more special too with that scandi grind, it separates them further from the production versions.

I have a limited production CSF on my way too. That will be a nice set.

I'll post pics once I get the Roadhouse, I got it on layaway but it will be mine soon enough lol

I think they are more desirable. I love the way his zero chisel grinds cut and how durable they are. In tasks where my V ground, secondary beveled blades in 154 CM and ATS 34 have rolled, my custom CQC 9 sustained no damage.
