Dear Members,

I hope those of you going to the BLADE Show in Atlanta June 6-8, get the time to attend the Seminar I am giving, titled "Surviving Inside the Kill Zone - The Seven Essential Skills Needed To Survive a Deadly Attack," located in room 104 at 1:00 PM Saturday. This is the same seminar I give to Americas top counter-terrorist units and a rare opportunity for civilians to attend.

I'd love to be there, but I'm a lot closer to you when you're home Mr. Emerson; if there is a chance to do something like this back in So Cal, I'd be down. Likely a few of us from my dojo would be as well.

I have to add, that after avoiding your knives for years do to the nay-sayers, I took the plunge and bought a cqc 13, then a super 7... and now I'm eyeing the Ubr Commander. I'd love it to be my go-to hiking folder (companion to my Busse fixed). Yours are the only folders I care to carry. Love designs and the 'formula' of materials; they work, and that is what matters to me.

I will have to say that I am enjoying a pretty good read that Ernie gave a tip about. It's called "The GIFT Of Fear" by Gavin DeBecker. Thanks for the tip. More info to add to the arsenal.
