First off, I'd like to once again thank EKI for their prompt service in taking care of the problems that I've been experiencing with my Commanders.
As you may recall, I recently sent back a Commander that they had fixed less than a half year ago. This time they sent me a new knife instead of repairing the old one.
The lockup is solid upon first inspection and there's no rubbing of the liners. Hopefully the third times a charm and I won't feel compelled to get rid of it!
Oh, just for the record, I got an enclosure letter from them acknowledging my problem:
