I sent my 2000 CQC7A out on 03/03/03 to Emerson for sharpening, and a checkup, and received it today 03/12/03. That was quick!! My Emerson has been sharpened like the first day it came out of the box, and it looks like they replaced the worn screw. Thats great service!
