Emerson SOCFK and , cqc-7A

I have a new in box Emerson SOCFK "A" (spearpoint) all black part serrated and, a new (no box) Emerson CQC-7A (spearpoint) also all black and , part serrated for sale. $170.00 shipped.

Not splitting them up because I want to buy a MOD Trident. Dave

Is/was the CQC-7A beveled on both sides?
