Hey guys, pretty happy right now. I emailed Emerson about a new clip and screws(stripped taking it apart), and today I received one of the skull clips with new screws free of charge. 
Have to say this makes me like Emerson that much more. The knives may not have the flashiest design or highest-end materials, but they're tough, they work, and Ernest really does care about his customers!
