Emerson/Timberline collaboration

Hi guys!

It has been some time since I last posted, so hallo again everybody!! Very long time actually, nobody probably even remember me

I just wanted to hear some opinions on the Emerson/Timberline specwar, since the chanses of finding a Emerson fixed custom in Sweden are about as good as finding a cold beer in the middle of a desert on a very hot day

I have 2 and like them alot, but it would be fun to hear your views!

I know it isn´t pure Emerson but I think it is a good substitute.

I love my two PUK:s to but sometimes they are to small!

As för my favorite folder: Commander of course and SOCFK tanto and maybe the P-SARK I have on the way, thanks to my compadre Jonas

Ok, I admitt it! I,m totally hooked on Emersons!!

I've owned two Emerson/Timberline SpecWars and I still own one. Great knife. Very heavy duty. Excellent lines and profile. Feels damned near perfect in the hand.
The only thing that I hate about them is the nasty looking Timberline white lettering. I sent mine to Robbie Barkman at "Robar" and said "Robbie, NP3 this sucker. I hate the Timberline advertisements all over the blade.", and now it's one of my all time fave fixed blades. BTW, NP3 makes for an awesome blade coating.

Nice to hear that someone else like them as much as I do.

Thanks for the tip on getting rid of that white giant logo!! Agree with you on that one!

I only have that "problem" on one of mine since the other one is the "grayish" satin finish and has a black less vissible logo!!
