I am given to understand that, if I were to sell my 1998 Commander, Serial No. 348, it might bring a premium price. I have a 1997 Raven clip point in black and I wondered if that's worth anything extra?

The 97 has the thick liners on it right? I'm sure that would be worth more money then the current production model to a collector.
And yes, if in new condition, I think your commander could fetch upwards of 375 dollars.

The Raven is officialy out of production so I think that if the knife is in near mint condition you could get more than list. How much more? Idunno.

I have two (2x) 97' Ravens with thick, thick liners...and I mean thick!

I have traded one though just to get another Emerson career underway.


It will be worth it.....
