Folks, here are two videos I made regarding my experience with Emerson's warranty repair process. I was left quite impressed and happy with the top notch service...

That is cool, glad you are happy. I had a good experience with a very old CQC-7. The lock was pretty well worn after 8 years of use. They sent it back with a new locking side, they cleaned up the G10, and replaced the stop pin. Took about 12-14 days for me as well.

Lucky. I sent 2 of mine out on 3/14 both for lock rock/ lock bar bend and I still havent heard from them. Got delivered to them 3/17. My roadhouse also failed on me yesterday, the lock disengaged but I knew it would sooner or later. My super 7 was about a month old, my 10 was a couple days old and my roadhouse is about 2 weeks old. Pretty disappointed with this company. I called them last week and they will pay for the shipping back to me so I applaud them for that, but thats about it. Im sending the roadhouse back when I get my other two knives back. I really love the knives and the companys pure USA status and simplicity, but this is simply not acceptable and I did not spend around $750 for these 3 knives for the quality of the old $20 dollar chinese folders I bought as a kid. The black coating on the super 7 and roadhouse were also not durable at all. The finish is even wearing away on my roadhouse where my thumb contacts underneath the thumb disk. Its just pathetic. I honestly feel robbed.. Rant done. Lol just really upset with the knives I paid 230-260 for each when they have not even lasted 2 weeks of the mildest use compared to my cheapo ones after years. Whenever the heck emerson calls me I will refresh their memory of the products I received from them and see what happens.

Very very nice! I've had very good luck in dealing with Emerson, I've take a few knives in for repair....

Glad you got yours sorted out!

I say taken because I live nearby the factory. Great people do deal with, very fair and most of the time i walk in they go above and beyond. The only pitfall for me is I always come out with my wallet lighter, not because of the repair but I usually wind up buying shirts or skull clips. Last time I was there I walked out with a SOCFK.... :-o

OP thanks for sharing your positive experience.
When I get around to it one of mine needs sent in.

Walls of text make me dizzy.
