Dumb question, but I figured I'd ask. I bought a used Roadhouse off ebay that had been dehorned. I don't mind the missing wave, but its got some slight lock rock that I'm unhappy with. Any chance Emerson will be willing to service it, or am I pretty much SOL. ? Appreciate any input

This is from Emerson warranty page.

*WE DO NOT DO SERVICE, WARRANTY WORK OR SHARPEN ANY KNIVES THAT HAVE BEEN CUSTOMIZED OR ALTERED OUTSIDE OF OUR FACTORY AND OR WERE NOT MANUFACTURED BY EMERSON KNIVES, INC.

I would still call and see what they say, you never know with EKI.
