My Knives

Well, if you want the Vindicator or the Persian, you are in line because they were both spoken for by the time I checked on them! The neck knife is still available.

It would appear that the prices on fixed blades is rising much faster than those of folders, perhaps because of relative scarcity. That Persian is very mean looking, and it is only one I've ever seen offered for sale. Someone got lucky.

Imagine my surprise when I came in this morning and found my phone and e-mail
loaded with questions about Laci's Emersons.
Thanks Robert for posting the trio of pics. and thanks to all of you who responded with some of the most unusual offers we have ever had.
As of now, the three are sold, pending receipt of payment. Those of you on the waiting list will be informed in the order you called or e-mailed in the event anyone falls out.
If there are any other changes I'll post the info here.

Thanks again to all of you that made offers...Sorry we only had three pieces.

Rfrost,
I just finished the topic that I started on the Persian. I wrote down some comments about the knife since you last saw the posting.

I was lucky enough to be next to call after Ark. The Vindicator is one large piece of metal. It is my first of Ernie's fixed blades and I am very impressed. Sharpest chisel grind that I have encountered so far and the grind angles are something special. Evidently, Laci ordered this from Ernie as a user about 10 years ago before he was going into the service. He then decided to put it in his safe where it has rested ever since. He etched his name "Szabo" at the base of the blade. The heft and grind is what make this special. Also, the quality of the green linen micarta handle is a notch nicer than I am used to.
