Here are two folders that Emmanuel brought with him
to the Milan Show. Photography by Francesco Pachi.

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

First the "Stingray"

And the C- Lock "Colibri" (Hummingbird)

The Stingray is a really spectacular "knife sculpture". What amazes me every time is that Emmanuel is one of only a few makers that times all his screws. I really like that eye for detail. What is the handle material on the C-lock??

Marcel

Amazingly detailed metalwork, extremely clean, and what appears to be excellent fit and finish. These seem to be the calling cards of some of the top European makers like Mr. Esposito. Very nice.

+1  While I would not want to own some of the knives being made, the level of skill displayed is incredible.

The pearl work on the "Stingray" is amazing!

Peter

Thanks much guys!!! The Stingray is the n° 2 and it has a watch finish for the scales! The Colibri has a new material for the inlay called " Celaron".
For both knives the inlay is screwed and I put a small gold ring arround the screw like in the watch.
Emmanuel

I took them in my hands at the show, one word "beautiful" Congratulations to Emmanuel. Ciao Tore :)

Oh boy. Look at the craftsmanship, look at the precision!

And the timed screws!

Jos

Hi Emmanuel,

Marcello

Beautiful workmanship. Interesting as to the construction, screw on. Nice touch with the gold surround for the screws. Merry Christmas to all.

^^^ Clear evidence why Emmanuel Esposito is considered one of THE most collectible and desirable makers in our world.

Wonderful. Love that brown scale material. What is that? Some synthetic?

Coop, I asked that too. This was the answer.

The Colibri has a new material for the inlay called " Celaron".

I searched the web but I haven't been able to identify that material.

Silly me for not reading every post. Thanks Marcel.

Here it is. Spelled wrong. Looks like the Brazilian equivalent of Micarta™.... Celeron Synthetic Material

Emmanuel, I LIKE Celeron.... ;) <hint>

it was a pleasure to meet you in San Diego Emmanuel. My humble opinion is that you deserve to be there as a member.
I hope our paths cross again.
