Emmrod fly rod, good, bad or ugly?

I'm considering getting one to match a 3/4 wt reel. How does this rod perform? Any drawbacks? How's the casting distance? I know its not fair to compare it to a 9-foot rod, but can it lay a 50 meter line out?

is it a pack fly rod? if so they have some good reviews.. i personnaly have never fondled one.. but i do fly fish for trout in the NC mtns and for game fish in local ponds and etc.. so i know a bit about fly rods

is the rod light medium heavy? tell us more about the exact rod you are looking at.. also keep in mind fly fishing and fly casting can be done well with many rods cheap to expensive, it mainly relies on the skill of the caster.

do you know how to haul or double haul?
 
I have never fished one but did get a chance to cast one at a show a couple of years ago. I was impressed with the distance for such a very short rod but not enough to spend $100. It would probably be OK for very small streams but I believe a good pack rod would be much more versatile.

Im an absolute newbie to fly fishing. Stumbled across the Emmrod videos while looking at fly vids over the net and got intrigued by its concept. Though I already have a few rod and reels, I was toying with the notion if the Emmrods could serve as a do-it-all rod since everything after the handle is interchangeable for different target fish.

The only double hauling I do is to and from the buffet table :D
