Emoticon Rules for Various Forums

Is there some place where one can find a universal set of rules for emoticon use in various fora here?

In particular, for example, when I check the rules for the Cuirrent Events forum it specifically prohibits the jerk-it emoticon (which we don't even have anymore - that is how out of date the rules are in some places here). But they do not prohibit the poo emoticon. So does that mean one can employ the poo emoticon in appropriate circumstances in the Current Events forum without fear of moderator reprisals?

In general, in which forums CAN we use the poo emoticon (I'm assuming there must be at least one, since that emoticon does exists here - maybe that is a bad assumption?)?

Thanks in advance!

Employ it where you like, if you cross the line I'm sure you will be notified.

That's what I'm afraid of. LOL.

Guess I'll avoid it until I am more clear on when the use of it will and will not get me infracted.

I'm sure a post that warrants an infraction will warrant it regardless if the poo emoji is used or not.
