End mill advice

What end mills do people like to use in conjunction with parser plates for inlaying shields? I have some 1/32", but it seems as though the cutting length is too short to use with the plate. Do you just find extra long cutting length ones? Do you ever use smaller than 1/32"? Thank you.

1/32 seem like it's too small to not be constantly breaking them.

I'k look at designs with larger corner radi.

Also look at straight shank carbide burrs.
Dental burrs



Also look at end-mills with reverse spiral flutes, down cutting - they will tend to be pushed down rather than suck up into the bit.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up getting a dremel 111 bit and it worked well the one time I've tried it so far.

This is the ones I used, the 1.2mm and 1.4mm
