Granted they are both amazing. I was just curious to know what yall think. The wave is Saber ground. The wave is defiantly fun to play around with and the hook doubles as a bottle top opener.

I enjoy them both really, but carry the wave. The ffg is nice and clean and takes of more weight, it is also a great slicer for food. The saber grind I feel is more durable, but both should hold up. I do enjoy the wave feature as well.

I have only a wave. I carry it on walks and road trips. Thin slicers are for everything else.

I don't care for the wave feature at all. In 30+ years of carrying a knife, I have never had to deploy a knife so fast as to require a mechanism to that end. If it's a true emergency, and I need to deploy a weapon fast, I'm going for my Fobus-holstered Glock (or whatever pistol I'm carrying that day). On top of that, I think the wave ruins the aesthetic of any knife. But that's just MHO. I know there are a lot of guys who like it - and if it works for you, then rock on with the wave, brother!

The waved version works great to open my wife's beer.
Opening your wife's beer in a manly fashion leads to...benefits. ;)

I prefer the wave. :)
