Reprofiled it to 18 degrees inclusive today on the Edge Pro and polished to 6000 grit tape (~25,000). :spyder:

Slicing video will follow. :D

beautiful, just what I'm trying to achieve with my edge pro. I only have the 220, 320 and 600 stones as well as the 1k and 3k tapes. I have a 1k stone and 6k stone ordered and I hope those will do the trick.

The 1000 grit stone will get the edge so you can see your reflection in it then the 2000 and 6000 grit tapes finish it off. :)

That's what I was hoping. After the 600 stone, they're a bit shiny overall, but there's still a good amount of scratches. If i go on to the 1k and 3k tape, it becomes polished, but If I tilt the blade, you can clearly see the leftover scratches from the 600. I'm hoping the 1k will take care of this :D

I saw your paper cutting and it was fantastic.

Love it. I have never gone that low (angle), but it looks great and no doubt slices like magic.
