How does the frn handle hold up compared to g-10? Will this endura 4 I bought last even if it will be in my back pocket edc most of the time? I just wanna make sure the handle wont warp or anything.

I have 4 enduras (I've had a fifth but it got stolen) I use them a LOT and they see most of my pocket time. I have had no warps of any kind, and some folks like spydercos FRN with the volcano grip better than G10. I like them just about equally.

FRN isn't cheapie stuff. Just because it isn't as expensive as G10 or CF doesn't mean it's inferior. It's my favorite handle material.

Lets just say you can put FRN handles in the dish washer and they'll come out just fine.
FRN is some very very tough stuff.

On an object the size of a pocket knife, especially one with steel liners to insure rigidity, the only "advantage" of G-10, CF, and Micarta over FRN is resistance to high heat. But, unless you make a habit of stubbing out your cigarette against your knife's handle, there's not a whole lot of "real world" benefit to that.

For a knife that is going to be carried in a pocket along with change and keys, I prefer FRN. Very good material.

I've seen some older FRN knives with fairly "used up" blades, and some older G-10 ones with far less edge wear. Based on the condition of their respective handles, I think the handle on an FRN Endura will still be as "grippy" as new long after that on a G-10 one has become glassy smooth. However, I have no way of proving that.
