Endura 4: Regular or waved?

Don't know if this has been asked before, but just saw a photo in the latest Knives Illustrated of a regular and a waved Endura 4 and would like opinions if anyone has handled either version?

My main question about the waved version is, would regularly "waving" it open cause eventual loosening of the lock? (similar to overdoing the "handle drop opening" on some of the SS models)? Also, does the wave feel in the way if pulled out of pocket when not intending to wave it open?

BTW, I love the Endura and think these new versions will be a dream come true! Although I haven't yet had the privilege to handle a 4 version, I own more Endura models than any other single knife model of any company. This looks to be even beyond the best yet (waved or otherwise!).

I had the original waved Endura 3, and I played with it constantly, and never had any lock loosening at all. It had one of the best lock ups of any of my Spyder lock backs. Also, it's no thing to take it out without waving it.

I say, if you like the wave, go for it.

Thanx for the replies!
In fact, I probably will eventually own both the waved and non-waved versions, but wanted to decide which to get first. I believe I'll get a waved version first when I can find one in a shop.

To me, the bigger decision to make is which blade shape you like more. The waved versions are spear point, and if they are like the original, they are also hollow ground rather than the leaf shaped, reinforced tip and sabre grind on the non waved version.
