Endura + Belt Grinder = Stretch XL

Was at the local Gander Mountain looking at knives and came across an Endura4 FRN on clearance for $45. I'm not a fan of the Endura/Delica blade shape but I do like the Stretch version so I opted to re-shape the blade. 20 minutes on my 1x42 belt grinder and I now have have an "XL" version of the Stretch (minus the flat grind and lower choil). I am very happy with the results!

Did I ruin my new Endura?

I think that's a good-looking mod! You did a very good job there, IMO.

I like that! That profile is much nicer IMHO, it kind-of looks like a Gayle Bradley.

I had never seen a Gayle Bradley, but yes, my mod is virtually identical (except 1/2" longer). I wish I was talented enough to hollow grind mine like the Bradley!
