This is a brand-new magazine...only two issues so far. The URL of their web site is: http://makezine.com/. It's a bit hard to describe... From their web site (and I think this is accurate):

The first magazine devoted to digital projects, hardware hacks, and D.I.Y. inspiration.

a Popular Mechanics updated for the current generation.

God how I loved looking through the projects of Popular Mechanics as a kid.

It's a quarterly magazine and it's trying to get people back to working with stuff (making) instead of buying it.
