Hi, i noticed that Spyderco sells internal parts for Endura model. However i find it contradicting that disassembling my Endura will void it's warranty. And i also wonder why don't they include the FRN scales too?

They sell them as a service to those who've already voided their warranty with damage from improper reassembly. Given that the parts most commonly damaged (or lost) are the backspacer, screws and washers, I'm more puzzled that they include liners than that they don't include scales.

Yea i guess u're right.
I tried to disassemble my endura when i first got it. I don't really care about knife warranties since i stay in Singapore and for the shipping cost to send my knife there, i might as well get the replacement parts. However one of the screw was impossible to screw off and now the head is totally worn off. I'm worried that if i ever needed to clean my knife's internals in the future, how am i supposed to remove the scales without damaging it? That screw ain't moving!

Try going after the tight screw with a left hand drill bit. The object is to get the drill bit to snag the screw head and back the screw out. Don't use too much downward pressure.

The head is totally busted >.<
None of my screwdrivers can get a grip on the screw =(

Ok thanks man!
Oh yea i just did a weight test on my endura. I put the knife on my table (edge facing up) and pushed the handle as hard as i could-maybe around 70lbs of force? I did the same to Cold Steel Recon1. After the test, the Endura had a little updown bladeplay while the Recon1 remained solid. So... can i ignore the blade play? Does this means my endura's lock is weakened aready?

Trust me, that bit of play was already there. Most Spyderco back locks do have a slight bit of vertical play. All of mine have it, and I just ignore it.
