Got this Endura today – it came with a “custom” Kydex sheath.
The knife is placed in it with the blade in an open position.
For belt or neck.
Now I ask you – if I was a sprightly young soldier I could use it.
But I have been there and done that and now I am just a retired old fart.
Interesting concept non-the less and well made.
Judging by the placement of the holes one could use it in all kinds of configurations/angles.
I should have had something like this years ago, when I could have used it.
Very clever idea.

I don't know that Endura has kydex sheaths.... Where did you get yours?

I suspect that there are people that make these for all kinds of knives.
It is not a Spyderco product.
The sheath was sort of included in the deal I made.
Very neat though, if you can use this sort of thing.

By the way - what is your Avatar? - I like it.

oupa,

Was your deal with R.G., stationed in Korea? Time frame is about right.

That's him.
What a nice bloke, I am proud to call him my friend.

Wore the sheath yesterday and my wife is of the opinion that I'm going through my second childhood!

I take it that it is one of yours.
It is very neat.
The mind boggles when one thinks what you could do with this stuff!

I don't think I need a kydex sheath that would hold the Endura open all the time... then I might as well get the Perrin and ask Normark to make the sheath for it.
