So I have a FG Endura and a black Endura. I prefer the blade in the black (full serrations, God Bless Spyderco Serrations!), but like the green scales. I am 'somewhat' mechanically inclined, so I could take the knives apart, but don't know if I'd have an easy switch on my hands, or a pile of tiny parts that would be like a jigsaw puzzle to rebuild? Anyone out there know what will happen if I remove those screws?

I have done it, so you can too. But there is a trick to getting the back lock installed, and if you don't do it right its impossible. There are some videos on Youtube that show the reassembly process. Its not difficult at all really, but you just have to get that back lock in correctly, thats all. I can't describe it here, but a little Youtube search should do the trick. Look for Endura and Delica disassembly vids, and then decide if you want to proceed.

Like has already been said, it's not all that difficult. Once I decide to take a knife apart for the first time, I find a good, detailed video on Youtube and just follow along.
