Engine Turning a Sebenza?

Anyone ever done this or seen one done? I think it would look nice. I thought of it after seeing another titanium framelock for sale that had it done (not a Sebenza).

There are a couple of Sebenzas about that I have seen with that finish. I personally don't like it, but I don't like much. :p

I don't understand what this is. Please explain.

I keep picturing a knife attached to a harmonic balancer like a wrench lol.

I would call it a machine turned finish but it's the same thing.....I'm not a big fan of it, it always looks untidy and uneven to me even when "done well".

Be cool on floor boards or highway pegs on a bike...but keep it off my blades:)

I like the looks of it... I know knives are all about function, but I like some eye candy while using my blade too. Love a variety of textures/colors/ and designs on a knife... as long as it's tasteful. CRK inlays are a perfect example!

I'd be interested to see what this looked like on a Sebbie.

The machining might even remove the "Idaho Made" as a bonus?
