This is a Bowie that I just finished for a good customer. It has a 9 inch blade of ladder pattern damascus by Chad Nichols. It is differentially heat treated. The handle is of ancient walrus ivory and the butt is carved in a swirl pattern. The guard and spacer are made of the same damascus as the blade. The shield with the makers name is the same shape as the guard, sterling silver and pinned to the blade. Hope that you like it, and we really hope the customer likes it.
