Engraved Baily Bradshaw Sawby ivory folder

I just bought this Baily Bradshaw Mastadoon bark ivory Sawby folder. Baily did the engraving with gold inlay. It is called his folding Bowie. Steel is forged 52100.

Thanks John, I waited for just the right one to come up. I missed a blue ivory one in the past which I regreted. But, i think that I will like this one better, and it has the engraving.

I was actually bidding on that too, but decided not to go too high b/c I prefer stag; I knew that, gorgeous as it was, I'd just end up selling it in my continuing quest for my own "perfect" knife. Glad it seems to have found it's rightful home.

Thanks for your comments Fish. I also thought that I would have liked stag, but decided that Bailey picked this ivory for a reason, and so on this particular knife, it probably is the better choice. We'll see when it arrives. Best. Raymond
