Engraved small sebenza

Anyone have a sebenza that that have had sent out to someone to have some engraving done on, who did you go to, how did it come out, and what made you want to go get it?

My engraver did a beaut job on a stainless Ruger Bisley, so I sent him a Sebenza for the same Cowboy motif. He was unable to cut into the hardness of the titanium slabs. Even though he does firearms & knives (handles).

Be sure they know how hard..

Titanium isn't hard- It's tough

I did this several years ago and likewise, sold several years ago.

Sorry- Engraving handles is something I don't typically do since it's very cost prohibitive. By that I mean the time it takes me to set it up in CAD/CAM, plus the machine is alot more than most people want to pay for. Probably cost as much as the lonely Sebenza scales I am seeing on Ebay..What's that all about?!?!?!
While I can engrave, my forte' is precision machining. What you want is someone who spends their time engraving. Stuff like gun receivers. Most, if not all done by hand..(ie- Falco's beautiful Sebenza) True artists!
 
My engraver had no problem with my Seb, he usually does Brass and nickel plate….I'll bet titanium scratches easier than gun metal….
