engraving a BM42?

do you think that you could get a BM42 engraved professionally? I'd think it might cost a lot because it'd be harder to cut into (i'm talking the handles, by the way). I'm considering engraving my user's handles with some cool quote or something.

then I might get it anodized gold or something

I have already talked to my man Frank Recupero and he says that file work on Ti is only slightly more difficult and therefore only slightly more expensive.

Here is a PICTURE of a BM45 he did for me.

I'm sure any engraver would be able to do it for you as long as they were cool with the idea of working on a "weapon". I think it would be cool to engrave a phrase on the handle and it's name on the latch.

if they said they wouldn't do a knife, at the risk of voiding warranty, i'd remove the handles (or should I say the blade) then do it like that

There are plenty of engravers who exclusively work on knives and such. Just look around the forums: there are plenty of them.

Gollnick, that is the coolest looking 45 I have ever seen. He does really nice work! How did you decide on that design?

I didn't.

Mr. Recupero is a very famous file artist. He's done countless different knives. So, I just sent him the knife and said, "Do what you like."
